Shipping policy

We ship our products to any address in the United Kingdom and internationally (selected countries) where Royal Mail can deliver. All orders are tracked.

Packing is included in the price.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days by Royal Mail delivery. Your order should arrive within up to 5 working days. There may be busier periods when it might take longer for Royal Mail to deliver mail.

All ceramic mugs are produced and shipped by a third party - allow at least 5 working days for printing and another 5 working days for delivery.

International deliveries vary depending on destination.
